Why I Am Sitting With A Stiff Drink.

Having a quiet, sort out day......All going really well til I was in the hall emptying the understairs cupboard.....when...

The TV, which hasn't been on since last night, burst into life at full blast...really, really full blast.....Scooby bloody Doo screeching out from the sitting room....

Lord save us! I thought I had the noisiest and most inefficient burglars ever.
I screamed.....grabbed the battery operated Ewbank and charged into the sitting room.....the Ewbank burst into life and found the end of the ball of wool I'm knitting with.....

When I calm down and sober up I shall unravel the wool from the sweeper brush.... :-(
