My thanks to wolf63 and frank97 for responding to my previous appeal but my version is LG1010GB not the one listed.

I am looking for a way to turn down/off the volume on my Countdown Deluxe LG1010GB handheld game. I can confirm there are no visible dials.

I googled instruction manuals and, though Lexibook has many on their site, they do not have this one.

Absolutely sure. Turning the volume down also stumped my maths graduate brother after a thorough examination of the unit.
