Jupiter's gravitational effect upon the Earth is a few millionths of that of the Moon, Pluto's proportionately less. Any effect the gravity of these distant bodies have on a human would also be felt by the Earth they are standing on as well, virtually nulling any effect on ones apparent weight to that of a transoceanic butterfly sneeze.
