What is the difference between Mastercard & Visa, is one better than the other? Which one is better to use in Thailand

Visa is more widely accepted in Thailand, particularly outside Bangkok.

And whilst there do not let your card out of your sight��at all��.ever!
Even if it means escorting the waiter or whoever to the machine to swipe it.
