Has Anyone Else This Rather Strange Problem?

When I am typing in the further details box and I move my mouse pointer down the list of topics, part of my text disappears only to reappear when I move the pointer back into the text box.

I have just tried it and didn't have this issue, although the whole 'further details' box did move out of view.
I'm not sure, though, why anyone would need to move the mouse pointer down the list of topics when typing an answer, so maybe I've misunderstood.

I have something similar, when I type some words don't appear. They then suddenly appear all at once.
