Saw a posting about this earlier but cannot find it now... The daily mail are giving away a booklet about this diet in the paper tomorrow... It has recipe ideas in it and tells you how to do the fasting.

Its not about calories,per se,or weight loss...but about the beneficial effects on health of calorie restriction in the form of intermittent fasting. You don't have to restrict calories for whole days every week to get benefits...you could simply leave more hours...say 16...between meals every so often.
