No 3G Signal On Mobile Phone.

Since Monday, I have only had emergency only calls on my samsung galaxy ace.
The package data is ticked and I can't think what else can be wrong.
Any ideas please as it is driving me mad.

Has a 4G mast appeared in your area? It's arrival has caused loss of 3G for some people.

Not sure. I don't have a land line but my daughter rang them and there has been a fault somewhere since Monday. They said they would compensate everyone with a £2 credit. I can't comment but my daughter wasn't happy with that.

This happened to my wife's Galaxy Ace some time ago and we found that by removing the sim card for 30 seconds and then putting it back and re-booting did the trick. Hope this helps.

I tried that as that is the first thing they will tell you and sometimes it works but not in this case.
Hopefully it will be back on tomorrow.
My mobile broadband has been playing up to . Same network but at least I have managed to get that working on and off with an extention usb cable.

seems a mast is down and in many other areas also.
It is most annoying as I don't have a landline and they don't really have any idea how long it is going to take.
I can't change servers because I still have some time to run on my contract but if it goes on to long, I wont have any choice and I wont expect to pay anything to them because they can't provide the service I have signed up for.

Anyone know how you stand in this situation.
