The cast are all a bit long in the tooth to be still duckin' and divin'. If John Sullivan's son is called John too, I'd say, 'Leave it, John. It's not worth it'.

From Radio Times..When Only Fools & Horses creator and writer John Sullivan passed away back in 2011, it was assumed there would be no more episodes of BBC1's hit comedy starring David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst... until now.

It turns out that prior to his death, Sullivan had hundreds of ideas for the show - one of which his sons Dan and Jim have written into a new episode. The script is currently sitting with Jason who has tantalisingly revealed to The Times that he is yet to give it a proper read.

"I've had a quick look at the treatment and it's very good," he said, "but I'm saving the proper read-through until there are no distractions. It's not the sort of thing you can muck about with."

I feel it was one of those programmes "of it's time".
Fabulous back then, and for the odd repeat of a classic, but another series.....would be so wrong, IMHO.

The way I read it,is that are going to do a one-off sketch for
Comic Relief,in March.

I heard that too DG, just a small sketch for Sports Relief, not a series or even a one off complete episode.

It should have finished after they became millionaires. It went downhill after that. You should always leave series on a high.

Dg is right, it is only a sketch on c r, reports today said that it is not an ofah episode or series, but just a sketch.
