anyone know a good appetite suppresant pill, something that wont send my nerves into overdrive or make me violently sick. i did try worrior blaze before which i thought were ok.

your thoughts please, im starting to eat like a horse , maybe its a christmas thing or a seasonal thing but im allways ravenous and im hating it.

yes that is true, hence my question. i cant stop eating, dont know if its something to do with depression, blood sugar levels , drinking too much coffee or whatever , i am ravenous all the time for some reason.
i maintain that you should discuss this with your HIV doctor/nurse before taking any kind of medicine or supplement. As far as a remember from when i worked at the hospice, there are many supplements tht can interfere with the way anti retrovirals work and make them less effective
Don't take anything yourself without discussing with your doctor first - some of the "slimming pills" are really risky, especially as you are taking other medication. Gym is fine - medicine without prescription isn't.
FOA beezaneez. Have you tried drinking a half pint glass of water about 30 mins before your meals.
Have you tried to drink a half pint glass of water 30 mins before meals. Also you could try to use a smaller plate and fill it. Put down your knife and fork or spoon depending on what you are eating between each mouthful. This way, you will be pleasantly full instead of bolting your food and needing more. It is also a good idea to see what you are eating rather than watch the T.V. at the same time. In between meals you could still take glasses of water instead of snacking .
There is no quick fix for losing weight . Cut out all the fat and the crap and that will help you on your way. Eat sensible fish and chicken meals with plenty veg . Good advice from bednobs and Guillie and boxtops
DON'T cut out the fat. Its being shown that low fat diets do not work...and even have contributed to the current obesity epidemic. The body needs a certain amount of healthy fats...its what the brain lives on,and is more satiating.Eat real,unprocessed foods...include the fat that occurs naturally on your meat. Also include some nuts and seeds,and avocados. They all have the kind of fat that is good for you,and will keep you feeling full. Eat plenty of green leafy veg,and have full fat Greek yogurt with some berries if you want a treat. Stay away from low fat foods...they are just full of chemicals. Get rid of any foods that trigger binge eating. For me its any kind of bread or crackers...even the so- called healthy whole grain ones. Once I have a bit, I can say goodbye to any self control.
And please don't consider pills...they won't help you learn to eat properly.
your probably ravenous because your addicted to eating sugary food, sugar is the kind of food that once you eat has an addictive quality that your body will crave again and again, you need to cut out the sugary treats and stick to boring sensible food, after a few days the cravings will lessen significantly and so will your "ravenous appetite"
Pasta what I mean is cut out off the fat on bacon pork ect. I know the body needs fat but you have to reduce your intake .
Healthy eating and exercise, simple as that, there is no "quick fix"
