Fry chopped onion and garlic. Add sliced steak (500g) and brown. Stir in tablespoon of paprika and tablespoon of floor.
Add a tablespoon of tomato puree and 3/4 pint of stock and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Season liberally with salt and pepper. Stir in some sliced red pepper (2) and simmer for 3/4 of an hour to an hour. It should end up quite thick and spicy even over seasoned (add some cayenne if you want to give it a kick).
Stir in a small tub of sour cream and serve on a bed of buttered noodles.
