Any low fat/calorie ideas for cooking rhubarb?

I love Rhubarb, how can I cook it without putting it in a pie or crumble as I am on a diet (Weightwatchers)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You don't need to cook it. As children we used to pick it and eat it raw. Sometimes we would peel the 'skin' before eating it. It can have a sour taste but we enjoyed it. Most house gardens would have a couple or so roots growing and of course people would dash out when the coalman's horse had obligingly left the necessary to encourage the rhubarb to grow.
Stew with ginger and brown sugar.
