I don't know whether the moon reflects UV rays,
but moonlight is so weak anyway, compared to sunlight, I don't see how you could get burnt by it...

The Sun is typically a million times brighter than the Moon (at least about 400000 times brighter than the brightest full moon) as seen from Earth. The Moon is however actually 'brighter' than the Sun for invisible gamma ray light but this is filtered out by the Earth's atmosphere.

no you cant be burnt by moonlight, hal2000, but another answer should get you thinking.......if the light is 400 000 times weaker than sunlight, howcan you possibly see,sense it considering that the pupil only varies in diameter by a factor of 10 ?

In that case, we should live like mushrooms. Never see daylight or sunlight. What would the earth do without sunlight. Plants would be a lover colour? We would look grey? Sounds good. Never go out in the sunlight or the moonlight. Hey lets live like blind bats. All light is bad for us - that seems to be the advice.
