Taking A Radiator Out
23 Answers
Is it ok to totally remove a radiator. I have a radiator in my downstairs toilet that is rusty at the bottom, and the room is so small anyway that it's really not needed. Can it be totally removed without affecting the central heating i.e. does it need to be there so that water can flow through it to reach the other radiators? A friend has told me that it can be removed, but I don't understand how the water/heat will then reach the other radiators. can someone please tell me.

I do think the company I use (which is 2 plumbers and a lady who answers the phone) are quite money orientated but also nice people at the same time. I had a couple of plumbers in once who were very aggressive and they bodged things up and made a big flood and mess and I asked them to leave. They were very threatening to me. I had to have a brandy when they'd gone. So that's why feeling comfortable with people in my house is a big issue for me. I'm sure you do well in your business because you're genuinely kind, thank you very much.
