Fluff...it's in Thailand. A little boy steals some medicine for his mother and gets told off. A kind man gave him the medicine and some veg soup. 30 years later the kind man had a heart attack/stroke but they couldn't afford the medical bill.

The doctor treating kind man turned out to be the boy he'd given the medicine and soup to so the bill was paid.
