has anyone got any knitting patterns for baby jackets ? my grandson & wife are expecting their first baby who will be my second great grandchild a girl Isabel in April and I would like to knit for her, I am willing to pay or if you could just photocopy for me I would be really grateful.

Dee, I joined this site - it's in the US but they give loads of free patterns and all sorts of things http://www.allfreeknitting.com/

You can also look on the Ravelry site in the UK, or just Google "Free Baby Knitting patterns" loads come up. I hardly ever buy a pattern these days!
