Ron, I did actually ring the company and thank them for sending them back.

However, having changed the door locks and having bought a new set of car keys...................'I now have a proliferation of useless keys.'

Tilly, I do understand, but doesn't this really negate the insurance payment in the first place. After all having to fork out money for new keys or even locks in some instances what is the point ?
