Given up smoking

I am using the patches and having awful trouble getting rid of the sticky stuff off my skin when I take them off.Anyone else experienced this?Anyone know the kindest way of removing this as I have quite sensitive skin.?Thanks x

I stopped smoking 40 a day in 1994 - the best thing I ever did. I thought it would be impossible for me to stop.
Well done - the first month is the hardest. Think of the money you''ve saved and will continue to save.
Put aside the money you would be spending on cigarettes into a jar or bank account.
Put it towards a real luxury item - that expensive holiday or whatever. As you see the money mount up - it will be a real incentive.
