I was charged with a section 5 and 6 last night, I am currently on probation from a preveous offence, is there a chance I could go to prison?

because they can revoke your probation on a further offence can't they ?

Incredibly there is a thread on a civil case - estoppel which is competely trumped up which is heading for 500 replies.
but you can only manage to get 6
anyway we think the answer is no prison
and now (or today) is the day for you to say - I have to change my behaviour
