if you didn't have drug takers, there wouldn't be drug runners, no one forces people to take recreational drugs, that is the biggest problem i have with this war on drugs. I am aware from personal experience of the misery that drug taking can cause to the person and more often their families,
who see the loved one go down a very slippery slope, often to destruction,
however this war on drugs isn't being won, in any part of the world,
i don't have the answer, but i do know this, that execute these people and thirty, fifty, a hundred will take their place, often it's because they are dirt poor, like the Afghanis who cultivate the poppies, they don't make a lot of money, but the middle and top men do.
