Grandparents Rights?

Anyone know what rights I have re my grand daughter aged three, not seen for a year and her mother seems unwilling to bring her to see me.

In truth Ethelburga, Grandparents have no actual rights in law.

I presume you have tried all the usual routes to appeal to her,it is so sad and I can only feel for you.

Courts can and do recognise the value of Grandparents in a child's life, but it would be a costly route to try and may leave an even more bitter taste.
