Guardian Crossword Broken Links - No Auraucaria Alphabetics

I was in the back archives for Araucaria's puzzles and found that any that had definitions on a separate webpage were useless ; only the grid was available. When I clicked on the page for the definitions I got one of those 'no such page' pages. The same happened when I clicked on the links for explanations of ordinary prize puzzles. Apparently when they rearranged the archives (they didn't use to be tabbed) they tossed everything but the pages with grids. This means of course, that most of the puzzles for which Araucaria is most famous are lost to us, for now anyway.

Now, maybe they're only neglecting the older links - I tried three from 2006, the most recent no. 23669 - because the most recent prize puzzles DO have the explanations - but I hope they don't allow earlier stuff to disappear out of sheer laziness, in the belief no one will notice.

In case you don't know: this sounds like a typical problem downloading G. material (e.g. Genius is very often, tho' not always, complicated for many).
I can't even recommend mailing the address given for qq & problems, as they seldom reply. If you are right about the Arau. puzzles, that's very sad of course. Maybe s'one else has an idea!

I'm not sure what you mean by genius material. Is that for subscribers only? In any case, all pages were available when I downloaded a bunch of Araucaria's puzzles about 8 months ago. I got a few alphabetics and other puzzles with separate clues and all clues were available. The puzzle I cited, no. 23669, is one I downloaded back then complete with clues, but now the clues are no longer available.

I did look on the 'Contact Us' page and found no email address for crosswords, hence my post here.
