transferring numbers from orange sim to 02

I have an Orange Sim card am am now changing to )2. I have been told I can transfer my numbers to my pc and then to my 02 card but have no idea how to do this. Can anyone help?

I've used something similar...
copy your orange card over replace it with your O2 and restore it back.

You could copy all your numbers onto phone memory then copy from phone to new sim card. Assuming you are using same phone.

Thank you both for your help. My young son has just blue-toothed them to his phone and then he will do likewise to mine.
