Really great news, jeza. It seems a very long time. Congratulations!
I agree with Steve, don't get too hung up on what times they're due (assuming it's an agency). Carers are often not given any travel time at all on rotas, so I'd expect early morning, lunchtime, teatime and bedtime. If there are carers the two of you particularly like, or dislike, tell the agency. They do try to match people if possible.
woofgang has a point too, you may be eligible for personal items from the NHS, although the majority of clients i have, either have to pay or top-up items.
