I have just completed a new email system which can send and recieve email within seconds for large down load files,quicker than normal email.

I would like to know what the next stage is for this?

Do I contact Microsoft and Dell?

Depends on what you mean. I have just created an email system for 5000 users which is not dependant on the link speed (which decides the speed emails are sent).
