If ever a being (real or imaginary) was deemed worthy of an alleged eternal damnation and torment, I know who would get my vote.

Based on accounts given of their actions, (not to the exclusion of self-incriminating testimony), who would be your choice?

. . . present company excluded. ;o)

The person I'd vote for is already there I hope. I don't want to mention any names but her initials were Margaret Thatcher !!
I wouldn't wish that on anyone. A quick lethal injection, yes, but not that. Who did you have in mind?
Most individual monsters, such as Fred West or Ian Brady, must have been both mad and bad. They hardly deserve eternal damnation.
Middle Eastern tyrants, such as Saddam and Assad, get a bad press but with the likes of them it's only business.
Nobody deserves an eternity of hell.
I'm not sure eternal damnation and torment is really something I'd wish on someone no matter how much I despised them. I think just not being here is enough.
I'm not religious so I don't believe in an afterlife so once they are gone, they are gone.
I just wish some would get their just desserts on earth. Robert Gabriel would top my list at the moment.
Allah and Yhw.
And Jehovah

Interesting choices. My vote, given such an option was necessary (or even possible) concurs largely with beso. No no no, I don't mean "beso gets my vote" . . . not that I would care to imagine I had worried you in the least. ;o)

However, if Jehovah means as I suspect it does, the son of His father, I wouldn't be inclined to hold anyone (or the entire human race for that matter) accountable or punishable for the transgressions of their father (or great great great... grandfather either). But since the alleged Father and creator of H E double hockey sticks does not appear to be available to answer for Their attested crimes, I'm tempted to cast any remaining votes I might have for those who insist that anyone else deserves or is destined to receive such punishment . . . present company excluded. ;o)

Further to my earlier post, I sometimes feel I may unknowingly have already slipped the surly bonds of earth, perhaps in my sleep, and am already in Hell.

For me the essence of being in Hell is in the believing that such a place exists . . . it is such believers who as much as any others have done the most to make Hell a place on Earth.
I don't believe Hell or Heaven but I do know a man who is/was in a living hell. It was a SS Colonel who was handed over to us by the Russians after they had taken revenge on him and his family. When I read what he had done, my first reaction was ' he deserved everything he got ' but after then reading what the Russians did to him and his family I felt terribly sorry for him.

He had wanted to die but the Russians decided that would have been a kindness . They wanted him to live a living hell of remembering what had happened to his wife and daughters. That to me is the real hell , what can happen here on earth , not that nonsense in the bible.
Since we had our extra Bank Holiday last April, we in Wales never breath her name but I agree with janbee here....Mrs Voldemort it is !
Without a doubt a monster from Leeds who sexually assaulted approx 100 minors who trusted him and destroyed the lives even of his own family. Outside of this question I cannot bear to mention his name without feeling the urge to vomit.....but here goes: "Sir" James Savile! Pass the sick bucket please.
