Thought I was just being careless but having doubled and tripled checked my TV recording device seems to have a mind of its own. Set to record on BBC1 South, switches itself to BBC Southeast. Set on Channel 5, switches to 5*. Not always at the same times. Makes a right mess of my carefully calculated recordings so they do not clash. How? Why? What can I do?

Daisy......I have similar problems......with both the TV and radio....I have just put it down to a poltergeist with lousy taste in programmes....

Let me know if you find the answer before I get too hooked on Holby City..☺

Mine has been okay for a couple of weeks now, Daisy.....I thought my daughter had set stuff when she was here at Christmas......but no...so still a mystery as is my radio which turns itself on and off.

Perhaps mine could fix the boiler timer instead of getting up to mischief. Perhaps I should leave a note?
