Ebay Delivery

ordered a used book from ebay 2 weeks or ago - 1p and £1.98 (something like that) for postage. Have maybe deleted ebay's answer which said something about the delivery.

I would say I am awaiting 2 weeks for the book is this normal - hard back.

On your Ebay page, Conne, there is a list of your 'Purchases' it will be on there.

Hi Fusion - couldn't find purchases for a mo - then got on to it - it said you have no purchases here.

Went onto my online account and £2.98 to a certain seller was paid out on 18 January. What now - is it still too early and should it have the book in purchases anyway. Now how do you contact seller in an easy way. Thanks Fusion

Conne, get the Item ID Number, go into your account, find the seller and explain that your book has not arrived & ask the seller is there a problem.

thanks all - able to get through to seller - said she has sent book on 20 January so I should receive it 1-3 days. That is fair enough. Thanks all again for replies.

thanks Peter - I have read this book many times and it was the book of a lifetime for me so want to read it again.

For your info anyway the book came last night - neighbour threw it in - what do I expect LOL tatty old book paperback with tiny writing - I specifically mentioned HARDBACK and was prepared to pay for it. Into the bin you little thing.

i asked for the book in my library and it is all paper back.

I couldn't my eyes through the strain of reading such tiny writing when I want to comfortably enjoy. Would it be worth a kindle and now so many are out - would there be second ones now as I would be wanting basic - you know a position to enlarge the print. Thanks

well, it was only 1p- conne, but you can leave feedback for the seller if the gods were not as described (i.e. not hardback, if it was described as hardback in the listing). eBay need to know if sellers are not describing goods correctly.

no boxy couldn't be bothered in leaving boxy for that amount 1p plus postage - I tip my workmen hundreds

Tipped my two kitchen fitter £100 each so 1p will not break my heart LOL
