Do You Believe Things Go In Threes?

Morning all. The boiler has died and this morning in the gales some tiles have moved resulting in two leaks in the kitchen ceiling. What next?

Only The Beverly Sisters or Peter Paul and Mary... oh dear, showing my age now !!
I usually find things go in more than threes and usually when I'm strapped for cash and usually in the winter months.
