Please can any one tell me the best way of marketing a holiday villa in florida

Not sure but we always have to deal with a management company every time we go over so probably through a well recommended one.   Contempo and Elite are 2 names I know of - maybe you could look up same on the net.  Where have you the villa claudius ?

Advertise it in daltons weekly, get a cheap webpage, with lots of pictures and prices, you will be amazed how few web pages for villas have prices, and how few customers can be bothered to find out. Most take one look and move on to the next villa that has prices! ok im rambling a bit but i think you get the idea, it works for me, i have a villa in orlando and have no probs letting it out, good luck
