does anyone else remember this advert?

Does anyone remember an advert for indigestion tablets, it must have been on in about the mid 80s. It featured 2 men stranded at sea in a boat without food. You see a couple of scenes of them. In the final scene there is only 1 man, and the voiceover says the name of the tablets then "for when you've eaten something you shouldn't have" the insinuation being that he has eaten the other man. Was it taken off air because it was offensive? I would be glad if someone else remembers this cos everyone thinks I've made it up! Thanks!
