(Not so) Scary Animals

After reading oceanauk's Q about owls and storks below, it got me thinking...... does anyone have any irrational fears of animals that most people would find weird? For example, owls really freak me out....I don't know why, it is something to do with their starey eyes and pointy beaks.

I feel bad about admitting this natalie because I am a great animal lover, but I just feel frightened by horses. Something about their faces unnerves me. I don't mind little ponies or donkeys or mules, just proper horses.

Thanks Gessoo, another one that I am wary of is sheep, again it's their eyes. They're kind of marble-like and stary. Like you couldn't trust them. And owls look like they want to leap on you and bite you.

Oh and goats for the same reason as sheep.

I am terrified of Bats. Can't stand to look at Hyena's faces either!

(I adore owls Natalie - even collect rustic looking ones).

Fish and/or seafood, cant look at, touch or eat any.

Cockroaches, just seeing a picture of one makes me uneasy.

Hyenas definately!! oh and scorpions but i don't think that is irrational because they are evil and deadly and sent from the devil....eghhhh!!!

My sister is scared of chickens, something about their beady little eyes..?? lol

I am totally and utterly afraid of goats. Especially the baby ones. I'm not sure but I think it may have something to do with being practically forced to try to milk one when I was at junior school. If i see one I begin to shake. I think baby goats look like satan's little helpers!!! AAAAARGHHH. I'm shaky just thinking about them!!!!!
