Vauxhall CD Code

I have lost the CD player code for my for my wife's Vauxhall Corsia, after having the power disconneted.

The numbers on the back of the CD player are as follows:

CDR 2005E

GM Siemens VDO 330886636

No 13122932

VS 000369

RCD 452-01

These are the nubers on the back of the unit, can anyone help me, as I would be most greatful.
