Before falling in to my pit. Been up since 4.15am. The day is nearly done and I am having a well deserved IMO B&C. How has your day been?

Fairly standard day at work for me, but we had a lovely weekend - we were lucky enough to have a light lunch out, an evening out and a day in the garden. It was spring like here and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Are you able to pop out at any time during the day?

Thanks for asking about Mic, Jeffa and Sher and anyone else who asks (I can't type fast)
Rang the surgery this a.m and said I thought Mic needed some AntiBi's knowing they wouldn't prescribe them over the phone. The Doc was here within the hour.
Examined him and gave me a 'script. Just waiting for them to kick in.

Its such a tough job Jeza, I know I looked after my mum who was doubly incontinent, and had dementia, I cared for her for 8 years.I don't know where you are, but I am in Hampshire, and HC Council have "Take a Break" They awarded me 6 hours a week, I had 3 lots of 2 hours where someone would come and sit with mum so I could go out, sleep or whatever. I could have had 2x3 hours or all 6 in one go. It kept me sane (ish) ! It might be worth asking social services if your county council do the same. I hope you get more help, you have to push for it. Look after yourself too, I didn't, and the stress of everything made me ill. Now mum has gone, I cant do all the things I was hoping to do because of bad health, brought on by stress, and not looking after me. Good luck and accept any help you are offered.
