This has been happening, on and off, for weeks now. You would think BT, as a major communications company, could get this sorted out by now !
I'm grrring too - I've just spent twenty minutes writing an email to a friend I've not seen for ages, and the damned think won't send - thankfully, it's saved it in Drafts.....
We've changed to Sky broadband and phone line rental today - I can make phone calls but can't receive any. With a bit of lucky he happy pixies will sort it out.
