I'd like to recommend this cake as the most delicious on I've ever made. It takes longer to weight out the ingredients than to actually mix it and is so easy a child could do it. It keeps for a few days, and hubby prefers it if the icing on too is spread on the cake whilst it's still warm, so it soaks in and glazes the cake. Enjoy!
