sandy its best to send a proper letter of complaint to their head office and if you can get the label off send that too, state where you bought it and date and send it recorded[not registered too pricey] they then have to acknowledge you sent it cant say it got lost in the post and they will send you vouchers definitely for more than you paid, if you take it back to the store they will just refund your money and with your taxi fare you will be out of pocket, an e mail can get lost in their system.
