Excel Printing Problems
4 Answers
I have a spread sheet which fits into a single page and when I go to print, the preview pic indicates everything should be OK, but when I print, only a part, about a half, prints. There's plenty of space, it isn't a case of the spreadsheet being too big.
I've tried hghlighting the table but it still prints only a part of it. I can copy and paste it into a Word document and prints fine.
Any ideas what's going wrong? My older printer never presented this problem.

When you go to 'Print', click on 'Properties' and look at the paper size setting. (Also check the setting used by Excel in Page Setup).
