how irritating, perhaps more flooding on the way, getting the galoshes out and my more sturdy brolly, the other one took a battering the other day, i almost ended up taking off into the wild grey yonder a la Mary Poppins

We are covered with a good inch of snow here and it is still coming down hard.

I really feel for the poor people that are flooded, there seems to be no reprieve for them at all :(

haven't had a flake of snow all winter down here halfway to Rwanda, and long may it last. Haven't had too much rain either, it's mostly been at night like in Camelot.

i have a doctors visit to look forward to, and to get some items which i couldn't get yesterday, perhaps will treat myself to a decent lunch for a change

Absolutely honking it down here in 'sunny' Bournemouth. I really feel for all the poor souls that have been flooded out. I'm sick of it, I can't imagine how awful it must be for them.

Still raining here. I was in Staines yesterday and Debenhams basement floor had flooded. One of my local eateries at Thames Ditton has had their basement flooded out since Christmas and I definitely think it`s going to get worse on the Thames before it gets better.
