For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.your colesterol can never be too low - your folks should stick to what they are doing - it will benefit them in the long run. they should however increase vitamin c, fruit, veg and water, for their general health's sake. also they ought to avoid tea, coffee and alcohol at all costs if they have either colesterol or blood pressure problems. of course smoking is a no-no, but that goes without saying.
