Tried other videos etc and they seem to work fine - but when it comes to youtube - still very crackly.

Last night computer updated (whether it means anything) 9 updates so hey ho thought youtube would be smoother but no.

As I say everything videoed is fine and I do enjoy youtube. When I put songs on it lifts my mood. Any thing else I can try. Thanks

Mine updated last night as well. I think I had 11 updates.

Not sure what's wrong with youtube. What songs are you playing?

everything and anything that will play. the crackling starts right from beginning - it takes ages to get on to even the narrator or MC calling the singer out to the stage.
Can you be more specific and give an actual example. That way an ABer can try playing it too, it may just be a poor quality upload.

well tried susan boyle - then daniel o'donnell, then donny osmond - all crackly. i
Can you give a link so that I know I'm watching the same clip as you've been trying?

Have you reported your download/upload speeds to BT?
Fine for me...
Question Author
contacted BT by phone as chat line kept cutting out. Anyway gets a Scotsman who says there is a crackling on my phone (which I couldn't hear) - he wanted me to upgrade broad for another cuppla pounds (to be honest I couldn't understand him) - anyway he referred me to an Indian (that was worse) he told me to unplug the Broadband which I did and gave me a number to ring next week - I just said yes and hung up. I am no further on. I need to email them as I can't understand them on the phone
