Quizmonkey, if you cannot detect your rudeness in these replies, I respectfully suggest it is you who has a problem.


Have you tried writing to the Crossword using old fashioned means to try and get them to give you feedback if any exists? I did suggest previous;y telephoning but not sure if you yourself have tried that.
