My tax return is due at the end of march.. Can I submit it early, with an estimate of my earnings of the last month and a half?
It's just I need my tax return done to get a mortgage, and iv just found the house!!!!!! (Or anyone know of any other ways around this??)

yes but your tax return covers income up to April 5th 2013 so the last month and a half is irrelevant.

No, you cannot submit guesses, why would you want to? I don't see how your tax affairs are related to a mortgage application. Can you elaborate?

You don't need 13/14 tax return for a mortgage, you need last years, 12/13
