for men we have shaving. so what do we call it when a woman cut off her hair face?

well if they 'cut' it, i assume women would call it 'shaving' too. however a woman who would do that would have to be psychotic. Much nore sensible is 'waxing' or 'bleaching' or they use a cream which they could 'depilating' or something, but they'd probably call it by brand name.

hair face: extra hair on ur eyebrows or mustache and things like that.

u know that some women get rid of them by using string(?) when they want to make their eyebrows thiner for example!

removing hair from the face using string as you say is called threading and is actually done using cotton thread like you would sew with.
