Some Ms Word Files Are Opening In A Pc With Win-Xp
1 Answers
When I try to open some MS word files in a Win-XP PC, an error comes - the file had an error the last time it was opened ... Word tries to recover ... ultimately after recovery process the file gets closed and a new blank word document opens up. The prob is with only some of the files, not all... others open normally... MS Office 2007 is in use. The same problematic files when sent other PCs, are getting opened normally without any problem whatsoever..... Even after uninstalling Office 2007 and reinstalling, the same prob continues.... The prob occurs even after such files are sent to another PC, opened and saved with different name or with some modification there and brought back to this PC.
Whether anybody can suggest a remedy to this? Whether reloading of O/s will solve the problem. What exactly is the nature of this prob??
