"If you return goods WITHIN 14 days, we will refund the cost of the goods.
If you return ALL of the goods we sent you, we will also refund what you paid for the carriage of those goods FROM US TO YOU.
If you only return SOME of the items we sent you we will NOT refund the cost of the carriage FROM US TO YOU.
In either case we will NOT refund what it costs YOU to return the goods to US.
Certain items are excluded from this 14-day returns policy. See below this statement for details of which these are.
If you send goods back AFTER 14 days we will either:
(a) accept the goods but make a charge of £4.95 for doing so ; OR
(b) refuse to accept the returns and only send the items back to you when you've paid for the carriage for us to do so.
It's entirely up to us as to whether we choose option (a) or option (b)".
