the tune has been adopted by soccer fans,,,,the words just altered to "premiership your having a laugh".fans just jesting that the other team is not premiership standard.

Sheffwed is correct, footy fans have done their usual trick of nicking a tune and cunningly adding their own lyrics so as not to be in breach of copyright.

Original version of 'Tom Hark' was by 'Elias and His Zig Zag Jive Flutes', a South African 'township jive' band... I really like both versions, though it didn't become a football song until the Piranhas version.

My favourite football words to this tune are "We All Love Leeds".
