Hello

Is there a way in which I can post an entry in several peoples calendars from my own. For example, If I were to add some annual leave into my calendar is there something I can do from my calendar that will make this pop up in several other selected calendars without sending a 'meeting request' type thing?

I don't use Outlook much and I know I do not use it to it's full capacity. As a group of people we are based across several sites and it would be easier if I could include them in my diary entry rather than have to change each individually.

Thanks for your help

yes there is...I no longer use outlook (mac now) but we used to do this at work in outlook. If you are all on the same network then there should be an option to share calendars, either just to view them or to edit them. Search in the help section and it will tell you how to do it
