Seen loads round Manchester, some Leeds too, loads of Corrie people as used to work near where it was filmed (until very recently), footballers, other celebs (Michael Ball, Robson Green etc...). Used to go in the same bars as some of the Corrie actors and quite weird sitting next to a load of them :)
Others, I'm quite shy so don't tend to go up to people, but Jensen Button is lovely and Matthew Cutler from Strictly is just a lovely lovely man. Linford Christie gives a nice hug, as does Jason Manford. Jimmy Cricket is lovely too.
I have handslapped Usain Bolt! Ended up joining groups with some of the Eastenders boys in a club in London and dancing with them, really nice guys. Eric Pollard from Emmerdale was staying in our hotel that trip.
Was at the races when the Queen arrived by helicopter! Princess Anne was there too.

Living in Essex I have met quite a few of the TOWIE cast and Frank Bruno.
But my claim to fame was that actor Ian Holm & his then wife actress Penelope Wilton have drunk tea in my lounge.
Their car crashed outside my house they were unhurt but shaken & I asked them in while the police sorted everything out & cleared the road.
I didn't know who they were at the time (neighbour told me).
They made a few phone calls on my phone (before mobiles were really commonplace) & Penelope tried to give me £5 for my phone bill.

Rik Mayall after a standup gig. Very polite and totally unlike his manic on-stage/tv character. Peter Shilton. Laid back and good sense of humour. The late Ronnie James Dio. Polite and softly spoken. Hale and Pace after a gig. Very nice with the fans and spent ages chatting and having pictures taken.
