I have just been reading ASDA's breakdown cover leaflet and they appear to use Brittania Rescue. I have never heard of this firm and I wonder if anyone has had to use them when in trouble?

Britannia has been going for many years...it comes halfway down the "customer satisfaction ratings" in Which?....ie not very good but not too bad, either.

We had to use them when the cam belt went on our car, couldn't fault the service. man on site within twenty minutes of phoning for help, transported the car back to our local garage no problem (45 miles) all done within 2.5 hours. So as I say couldn't fault the service.
