I don't understand what the above is, but I keeping getting this a few times a day when I am playing my game, and the screen freezes, and I have to start again.
A plug in is a bit of code that adds extra functionality to an application you already have. Basically it's an optional extra for it.
I think you need to know what it is that has the plug in that is failing. since you mention Firefox maybe it's a Firefox one. Firefox ought to have a menu option that allows you to see what plugins have been added, and disable or remove them.
You can check your plugins in Firefox by using the Add-ons option in the Tools menu, and on the lhs of the new tab that will open you will see the Plugins option that you should click on to get this type of display:-
Near the top of that screen is the link to use - circled in green in that screen shot - to check if you have your versions and to get any updates required.
That's interesting, any advice on where to find it on Chrome? I've been getting that a bit on certain games, I think it's Flash plugin has stopped working.
@trt......I am thinking along the lines of Prudie and you could well have a Flash Player that needs up-dating. So try out what has been suggested by bibblebub.
@Prudie.....The following link will be of assistance to both you and trt.
